November 16-20,2011: A high-level delegation of the Russian Federal Security Service’s (FSS) Siberian
border-guarding authorities visited Ulaanbaatar at the invitation by the Chief Directorate of Mongolian Border Guard
(CDBG). The regional meeting between the two border-guarding agencies of the two countries had been organised in
accordance with the 2011-2012 Cooperation Program between the Border Guard of the FSS of Russia and CDBG of
Mongolia.
During the meeting the both sides examined the situation on the border, summed up the results of joint activities
and discussed the prospects of further cooperation on border issues. A post-meeting protocol was signed.
